    Cycle Tour de Picnic

12 year old Mia Keaveney recently had a prosthesis on her leg and is now not only back walking but she is going to cycle 5K of tomorrow's Tour de Picnic event and return home in the Aston Martin that was donated to her by Fastway Couriers for her charity initiative Thank You Crumlin Love Mia.  She has raised thousands for this charity and is an inspiration to us all. She chats to Colm.

    The Hit Finale

Mark Walsh (writer of Jigsaw Man performed by Mundy) and Gerry Fleming (writer of The Last Great Love Song sung by Finbar Furey) are back in studio for unveiling of the finalists.

Tonight's final, which airs at 9.35 on RTÉ One, will see The Stunning's song Hide and Run, Ryan O’Shaughnessy's Who Do You Love, Johnny Logan's Prayin, Samantha Mumba's Somebody Like Me, and Finbar Furey's The Last Great Love Song compete to be crowned the ultimate Hit.

    Festival Friday

This was our final Festival Friday of the summer and we were live from Studio 8 to celebrate. All today's guests will be appearing at various times over the weekend at Electric Picnic. We have music by Gavin James and Hozier and his band; Lotti Ryan with festival news and showbusiness gossip. Comedian Eric Lalor is here with his take on the week's goings on, along with Chief Derry Clarke of L'Ecrivain who is cooking up a dish in the courtyard.

    Festival Veteran

Ann has been to thirty to forty festivals all around the country and in England. Her top tip would be to bring a good sleeping bag. We had many suggestions including bringing baby wipes, loo roll, etc.

    Croke Park Tickets Competition

This weekend sees the second All-Ireland football semi-final with the Dubs taking on Kerry in one of the age-old rivalries in GAA for the chance to take on Mayo in the final, the match is a sell-out but we've got a pair of premium level tickets to give away to one lucky listener.  We will also give you and your friend an overnight stay in a 4-star hotel in Dublin and €1,000 spending money.

For your chance to win this fantastic prize answer this question:

Is Croke Park situated on the North or the South side of the city?

If you think you know the answer text the word COLM followed by your answer and name to 57111. Listeners in Northern Ireland can also text to 57111. Each entry costs €1 or £1. Lines will close at 12.50 today. Don't text after that time as you will be charged but your entry won't be included.
