Monday morning and Hector was refreshed after an epic weekend for sport. Alan went to the cinema over the weekend to see Alpha Papa. The question of whether or not to store eggs in the fridge was asked in the film. And so Alan asked, do you put your eggs in the fridge? Anthony from France was quick to provide a very indepth answer summing up that it was not necessary to refridgerate eggs.
Don't Panic saw Milena Muntha defend her title against Tipperary man, Noel Moroney. Noel stumbled at the first hurdle allowing Milena to keep her title. She has won a copy of several albums including Fun; Some Nights, Foals; Holy Fire and Group Love; Never Trust A Happy Song as well as a copy of Love Hate season 3.
The Loop and BWH are celebrating The Loop's proud sponsorship of this year's Rose of Tralee international festival. The overall prize on Friday will include a hotel stay, spending money and flights to a place where one of the Roses comes from. The daily prize is a hamper worth €200 packed full of goodies from leading brands at The Loop and entry into Friday's draw. This morning's winner was Karen Maloney from Sligo.
Marty Morrissey joined Hector on the phone this morning after an exciting All-Ireland semi-final between Cork and Dublin yesterday. Marty highlighted just some of the fantastic moments throughout the game that certainly entertained from start to finish and will go down as one of the best games of hurling this summer.
